DrugDoses: The Ultimate Drug Prescription Guide for Physicians
DrugDoses is an Android application that offers physicians an extensive list of drugs for systemic use in both adults and children. Developed by DrugDoses for Android, this app provides an enormous amount of information, which will be updated twice a year, allowing you to have the latest drugs that will only be available in the paper version in a year or two. The app offers an initial 2-year license with all the updates, and after that, you can purchase a lifetime license for only $5.
Apart from the drug database, the app has more than 150 current laboratory values, a useful cardiology database, and a calculator that helps physicians give the correct resuscitation doses when coding a child. Additionally, DrugDoses integrates PedCalc, which contains the most common pediatric scores and formulas, including ASA score, Mallampati, and Pediatric trauma score, among others. The app also includes Frank Shann's Pediatric Critical Care Guidelines, containing 67 chapters ranging from Analgesia & Sedation to Ventilation.
